南アルプス市立芦安中学校のホームページをご覧いただき、誠にありがとうございます。
雄大な南アルプスの峰々が春の雪解けを迎え、木々が鮮やかな新緑に色づく中、令和8年度の芦安中学校が希望とともにスタートいたしました。
本校は、ユネスコエコパークに登録されている南アルプスの玄関口に位置し、豊かな自然と温かい地域の方々に見守られた、笑顔あふれる学校です。教育目標を「地域に学び、夢を描き、自ら未来を切り拓く児童生徒の育成」とし、隣接する芦安小学校とともに、小中9年間を通じた連続性のあるきめ細やかな教育活動を推進しております。
本校の大きな特色は、「ユネスコスクール」としての実践的な学びです。本校の伝統行事である「全校登山」をはじめ、芦安の豊かな自然環境をフィールドとした探究活動を通して、自然への畏敬の念やふるさとを愛する心を育んでいます。そして、これからの持続可能な社会の担い手として、地域から世界へと視野を広げていける生徒の育成を目指しております。
小規模校ならではの強みである「生徒一人ひとりが主役になれる環境」を最大限に活かし、生徒同士が深く関わり合い、共に高め合うことができるよう、教職員一同、全職員が全生徒の担任のつもりで、全力でサポートしてまいります。

Welcome to our school nestled in the magnificent natural beauty of the Southern Alps.
Thank you for visiting the website of Ashiyasu Junior High School in Minami-Alps City.
As the majestic peaks of the Southern Alps thaw in spring and the trees turn vibrant green, Ashiyasu Junior High School has begun the 2026 academic year with hope.
Our school is located at the gateway to the Southern Alps, a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, and is a school full of smiles, surrounded by abundant nature and the warm support of the local community. Our educational goal is to "nurture students who learn from their community, dream big, and forge their own future." Together with the neighboring Ashiyasu Elementary School, we promote continuous and meticulous educational activities throughout the nine years of elementary and junior high school.
A major characteristic of our school is our practical learning as a "UNESCO School." Through our traditional "All-School Mountain Climbing" event and inquiry-based activities using Ashiyasu's rich natural environment as our field, we cultivate a sense of reverence for nature and a love for our hometown. Furthermore, we aim to nurture students who can broaden their perspectives from their local community to the world, becoming future leaders of a sustainable society.
Leveraging the unique strength of our small school—an environment where every student can be the protagonist—we, the entire faculty and staff, will dedicate ourselves to supporting each student as if they were their own homeroom teacher, fostering deep connections and mutual growth among them.
In the 2026 academic year, we will continue to strive to create an attractive school where students can truly feel, "I'm glad I studied at Ashiyasu Junior High School." We will also build a partnership with parents so that they can feel, "I'm glad I sent my child to Ashiyasu Junior High School." We sincerely ask for your continued warm support and cooperation.
